Kevin F, Leeds.

Richard has handled my claim to recover damages arising from pension maladministration involving an occupational pension transfer into a SSAS and subsequent offshore UCIS investment with the utmost skill and diligence.

He worked tirelessly to seek recovery of my assets, keeping me informed at all stages of my case with clear and unequivocal advice.

Mark H

I contacted Richard regarding my position within a Financial Advice firm as a self-employed Adviser. I wanted to discuss my financial offer in relation to the sale of the firm, to ensure it was fair and reasonable.

Richard was a very good sounding board, and he provided me with guidance and support when I needed it.

I would highly recommend Richard, he removed the stress and anxiety I was feeling at the time

Mr and Mrs, Leeds

Fletcher Hixon took on our case at short notice. Due to illness, we had fallen into mortgage arrears and faced a mortgage possession hearing and possible eviction.

Fletcher Hixon expertly handled the claim and obtained a court order adjourning proceedings generally, rather than a possession order.

This has allowed us breathing space to agree repayment terms for the arrears, reduce our mortgage outgoing, and focus on resolving our debt issues.

We are forever grateful to Fletcher Hixon for their support.
