Prices
We believe that legal services should be available to all, regardless of size or budget. ​We operate a fully remote firm, keeping overheads low and passing those savings directly on to our clients.

Although our prices are low, you still recieve "big law" experience and service levels.

The following sets out our standard pricing terms.
Fletcher Hixon is committed through our values to ensuring that our clients receive the best and most cost effective service, therefore we shall always be happy to discuss and agree budgets.
Time Incurred Basis
Where we are retained on a time incurred basis, we shall charge the sum of £250 per hour (exclusive of VAT) for our lawyers.

Where we engage our paralegal team, we shall charge the sum of £135 per hour (exclusive of VAT).
Fixed Fee
We are happy to perform work on a fixed fee basis which provides you with the certainty of your legal spend.
Where fixed fees are important to you, we shall work with you to agree a budget prior to commencing activity.
Disbursement Costs
As part of our role, it may be necessary to incur other costs, such as search fees, court fees, barristers, experts fees etc. These are known as "disbursements".

Any disbursements are payable in addition to our hourly rates and/or any fixed fee agreement.

As per our terms of business, we may seek payment of any disbursement cost from you prior to Fletcher Hixon incurring the fee.

Any such disbursements shall be notified to you in advance.
Debt Recovery and Contested Litigation
Our Fees for simple debt recovery matters are set out HERE.

​Where legal proceedings are contested, we shall explain the various elements of the claim, the likely costs, the budgeting process (through Precedent H costs budgets), and the potential for costs recovery from your opponent.

Whilst every effort shall be made to mitigate costs, unfortunately litigation often involves significant volumes of work which is time consuming and costly to produce.
